There’s no long-term commitment, and your rental is month-to-month. Keep the container as long as you like; when you’re done, schedule your final pickup and the billing stops.
Your rental is billed in stages: the day before your container is delivered, and if you’re using facility storage, the day before we redeliver it to you. Monthly billing starts on your delivery date and continues until you schedule us to pick up your empty container.
Both options start the same way: your container is at your home and you have 24/7 access while it’s there. If you choose to store at our MidloBOX facility at any point, we pick it up after you’ve loaded it and keep it securely until you’re ready, then redeliver it back to your home. You can also access your container at the facility by scheduling a visit.
Yes, you don’t have to decide now. If you’d like to move your container to our MidloBOX Storage Center after booking, just give us a call and we can arrange it. Additional charges apply for moving it to the facility and redelivering it when you’re ready.
Most driveways and standard parking spaces are a great fit. We need a flat, level area at least 12 ft wide, 15 ft high, and 40 ft long. If your driveway falls a little short, the street can make up the difference. A $25 fee may apply for unpaved surfaces like gravel, dirt, or grass. If you’re placing the container on the street or in an HOA community, we recommend checking with your city and neighborhood association about any local permits or regulations. Renters should also check with their landlord or property manager first.
